Thought i’d make a new Scotland sticker for the new motorbiking season ahead. Went for the simple design of the thistle and the font ITC Kabel, which is a nice narrow sans serif.
The sticker is a nice grey colour that matches the Yamaha logo, just comes out as bright white with the flash.
As usual I have went overboard and made lots of stickers, some of them white background negative image.
I created the logo and a wordpress blog site for Barmybelle Wedding Stationery. The company Barmybelle create bespoke wedding stationery in Scotland. The were established in early 2013 and have been rapidly expanding through wedding shows and word of mouth. You can find their blog at barmybelle.com

I have been working on aweerun.com for a few months now, posting as much as I can and playing on photoshop to make interesting images. Now i’m starting to look at how to bring more people to my page and get my viewer numbers up. I’m always looking for new topics to cover and the summer is around the corner (I hope), so i’ll be out and about, going bike runs throughout Scotland. So keep checking for new posts. aweerun.com
Invites I designed, way back in 2011. Three fold, digitally printed, one side with all the details and the other side with pictures.
This years (2013) menus for Brunos. The pizza menu changed from printed to vinyl, and main menus were printed on a cream card with dark brown backing. The headings for the menus were cut in vinyl and placed below the menus. All looks good, and with the pizza menus not hanging down over the counter, there is lots more space. The small menus also went through a change.
I started a new blog for my love of biking. This will soon become a website, I’m just building up a lot of info to put into it. The blog will have bike reviews, runs to go, places to eat when you get to the places you want to go. I would love this to turn into a website that you could join and get some discounts in these biker friendly eateries, but that will come further down the line. Just now, I’m just filling up the blog. It’s called “a wee run”. http://aweerun.com
More stickers for Bruno’s. This time some window stickers, well if you have the space you might as well use it to advertise.
I recently was asked to do a sticker for a car. A “T-sport” sticker for the side of the car. These were small stickers, but quite effective. I created this in Illustrator and sent it to be cutout with my trusty “craft robo cutter” and used silver self adhesive vinyl. I’m sure this will lead to a few more requests from other car enthusiasts.

This is a short stop-motion video created for a Uni project. The video is 38 seconds long and was created with 950 still images in after effects. The scenes took two nights to film, and I ended up with about 90 seconds of footage that I had to cut down. I filmed this in a garage on cold December nights. The hardest part of the shooting was try to move the legs a little for each shot while holding a remote to take photos.
